Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer “Gappy preserve the ridge” Competition:

By participating in the Competition, the participant accepts the conditions.

The best three high scores win free attendance to the International Osteology Symposium April 25th – 27th, 2019 in Barcelona, Spain. There will be two rounds of prize draws: The closing dates for the two participations rounds are June 15th, 2018 respectively December 15th, 2018. Of all participants, who uploaded their scores before the respective closing date, the three participants with the highest scores win. Only dental students, dentists and oral and maxillo-facial surgeons are eligible to the Online Game Competition. Geistlich Pharma AG employees, employees of the organising committee and employees of Geistlich Pharma AG distributors and subsidiaries are excluded from the prize draw. Mechanical or multiple entries are prohibited and will be excluded from the competition. There is no obligation to buy Geistlich products. There will be no correspondence about the prize draw. The winners will be contacted by Geistlich Pharma AG. The prize is tied to the person of the winner and may not be passed on to a third person, even if the winner is prevented from taking part in the congress. Cash disbursement or the replacement of the prize is excluded. If a winner rejects the prize, the participant with the next best score wins. The Online Game Competition is governed by substantive Swiss law. Legal recourse is excluded. In certain countries, the price winning may be subject to mandatory reporting to health care authorities (for example USA: Sunshine Act; France: Loi Bertrand). The participant agrees to such reporting.

The participant hereby agrees that Geistlich Pharma AG is permitted to forward his/her personal registration data (with name, address and entity) to its affiliates and distributors (also abroad) for the purpose of handling the Competition and for marketing purposes in connection with connection with this Online Game Competition (for example press release of the winners). Further, the personal registration data of the winners is forwarded to the Organising Committee of the International Osteology Symposium. By submitting these personal registration data, the participant grants Geistlich Pharma AG as well as its affiliates and distributors the temporally unlimited, transferable, gratuitous and worldwide licence to use, to copy and to publicly distribute (e.g. through the Internet, print etc.) these data for marketing purposes in direct connection with this regenerative Online Game Competition. The participant confirms holding the authority to grant this licence.

Geistlich Pharma AG shall not use the personal registration data to send the participants newsletters or advertising.

The participant has the right to demand deletion of his/her data at any time, by sending an e-mail to gappy@geistlich.ch. In such case, the participant will be excluded from the competition.

It is not permitted to upload contents (by way of text or other means) that violate the rights of third parties (e.g. trademark rights, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, patient secrets, other ownership rights). The participant guarantees the legality of his/her uploads. Contents with abusive, defamatory, ambiguous, discriminatory or illegal material as well as contents with competitive denominations and advertising are not permitted. Geistlich Pharma AG reserves the right to not accept participants or to remove them from the competition, as appropriate, during the competition, if they do not fulfil these terms and conditions.
